SHIPPING POLICY

As between us and Sellers, Sellers shall be solely responsible for all shipping costs with respect to any goods sold through the Services at such Seller’s sole expense. Shipping fees i.e., pick-up fees if the Sellers' pick-up location is within Metro Manila is automatically deducted to the calculated payout amount of the sale. If the Seller is located outside Metro Manila, the shipping fee will not be deducted on the calculated payout amount as the Seller should pay the corresponding shipping courier the shipping fees before delivery. Additional shipping instructions are relayed on the shipping attachment of a sale, of which a copy should be placed inside, along, or with the product before pick-up, drop-off, or delivery.
Buyers must use the Services to provide or update the address to which the applicable goods will be shipped. Delivery address is final once a sale has started i.e., when a Buyer checkout a Listing.

 

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY


All sales are final and not eligible for any return or refund of any nature whatsoever unless the sold product is proven unauthentic (applicable for international branded sneakers, apparel, and collectibles) within 7 days upon successful delivery or pickup. We reserve the right to deny a return, refund, or any type of compensation for any defects or damages caused by but not limited to, use, misuse, or mishandling of purchased products, as said products are checked carefully before delivery or pickup. Products, especially used ones, may or may not have the inclusions from the original product package such as but not limited to, extra laces, inserts, tags, paper coverings, and such.
